Design & Artwork 
What file format should I supply my logo in?
Vector files are always best. We prefer EPS files, with AI (Adobe Illustrator) files also usually suitable. PDFs can work if all elements are vectorised before saving.
JPEG, PNG and TIFF files aren’t suitable for large-scale print or signage production.

Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes — and we’re pretty good at it. We have a team of qualified in-house graphic designers ready to tackle everything from simple signage layouts to full branding projects.

Can you update or redesign an existing logo?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a complete rebrand, our designers can update your current logo or create something brand new.

Can you print photos or images onto wraps?
Yes. For best results, we recommend professional or high-quality stock images, as vehicle wraps and signage are produced at a large scale.

Vehicles, Wraps & Removal
How long does it take to wrap a car or boat?
Vehicle wraps typically take 1–5 business days, while boats usually take 1–3 days, depending on size and complexity. Chat with our team for a more accurate timeframe.

How long will my vehicle wrap last?
With proper care, a wrap can last up to 5 years. Vehicles kept garaged and out of direct sun will last longer, while horizontal panels (bonnets and roofs) will naturally age faster.

Do you offer removal of existing decals only?
Yes, we do. Removal time can range from 20 minutes to several days, depending on the size and age of the graphics.

Apparel & Promotional Products
 Do you design and supply shirts and merch?
Definitely. We design and supply a wide range of branded apparel and promotional items, including long and short sleeve dye-sublimated shirts, stubby coolers, flags and more.

How long does it take from design approval to receiving apparel or merch?
Design usually takes a few days, depending on complexity. Production times typically range from 2 – 10 weeks, depending on quantities and product type.

​Signage, Quotes & Process
How do I get a quote?
It depends on the project. Business signage may require a site visit to measure and assess. Vehicle signage usually requires the vehicle to be brought in. In some cases, we can quote from emailed photos — we’ll let you know what’s best.

Do you guarantee your workmanship?
Yes. Our wraps come with a 12-month workmanship warranty, provided wrap care guidelines are followed. A care sheet is supplied when you collect your vehicle.
​
How do I look after my wrap or signage?
You’ll receive a wrap care sheet at vehicle collection. If you ever need another copy, just contact our team and we’ll send one through.

When is payment required?
Payment is required on vehicle collection or on the day of installation for business signage.
For jobs over $1,000, a 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking.
